Please feel free to comment on this post to engage with us as we work to resolve these issues.
Please see below for a short list of currently known issues.
General Site Issues:
- Known Issue: PDF download Issue when using Extra-large image sizes or multiple Image placeholders
A few users have noticed when multiple XL images are used in a design, the PDF is not generating. We have also noticed this when using multiple images placeholders above 5MB.
Possible workaround: Try using less images or choose images that are smaller in size as this could remedy the issue.
- Known Issue: Image placeholder while rotating breaks the image inside
There is a known site issue when a user adds an object and selects image placeholder and drops an image inside the placeholder and rotates, the image inside does not follow the rotated path. See Image below:
Possible workaround: Avoid using the rotate feature when using image placeholder. An image can be used in its place without the placeholder object and rotated after it has been cropped. We are currently working to remedy the issue.
- Known Issue: Browser compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 11. IE11
We have noticed several compatibility issues with IE11 and previous versions of Internet Explorer. Our recommended browser is Google Chrome and Firefox. Please consider using these browsers in order to create projects and use all features of the creative media maker.

Download Firefox Browser here: Click Here
Possible workaround: Try using Chrome or Firefox as we are working on resolving this issue.
- Known Issue: Grouping multiple grouped Items is not working correctly
Possible workaround: Issue has been resolved
- Known Issue: Undo / Redo Feature not functioning when using Contract, Brightness, Hue, Sepia and Saturation is selected
We had a few users who reported when an image adjustment has been applied ie. contrast, brightness, hue, sepia and saturation, the undo / redo feature will not cycle through the adjustments and reverts back to the original and won’t cycle through the adjustments to the image.
Possible workaround: No Workaround currently and it’s being corrected.
- Known Issue: Guides issues when using the zoom feature (disappears)
A few users reported when a guide is used either horizontally or vertically and the zoom feature is used the guides don’t correspond to the canvas but instead move with the window. Reports have also mentioned that sporadically the guides will not display and disappear when zoom is used.
Possible workaround: The issue is sporadic and we are looking at the reason. Since the issue is random we don’t have a suggestion for a workaround and will move to correct it entirely.
- Known Issue: Mobile responsiveness size limitations 1024 x 768
InClix is fully mobile responsive and we’ve made every effort to support as many size dimensions as possible. The smallest dimension we recommend is 1024 x 768 but the tool functions best above 1280 x 800 in most cases. Issues realized may be canvas being cut off or the left sidebar being clipped in places. We will eventually create a mobile app for InClix so we are focusing our efforts to support greater responsiveness at or above 1024 x 768.
Possible workaround: Use a display above 1280 x 800 for optimal performance.
- Known Issue: Copy Link icon on the transform tool disappears when using images and placeholder.
We discovered an issue when a user uses a placeholder and adds an image inside then attempts to group the placeholder with the image inside together, the upper left icon which is the Copy or Clone icon disappears. This would be used when a user wants to use multiple similar placeholders in one canvas.
Possible workaround: At this time the only workaround is create then duplicate the effort and size accordingly so it matches.
- Known Issue: Back layer overlapping formatting issue with objects noted
There is a known issue that occurs when a user brings in 2 objects and overlaps them when the bottom image is selected the tool icons in the corner displays correctly but when selecting one of the corner tool tips, the image reverts back to the layer on top.
Possible workaround: The nest way to manage this is drag the image on top off the image below and format accordingly then drag the top image back over the back layer.
- Known Issue: Preserving multiple groups after saving issue
We have been advised that when a user creates more than one group and saves but doesn’t lock the project, when the user reloads the project in some cases one or more of the groups may be lost. Groups that are lost cannot be recovered in this case.
Possible workaround: As of now the only way to preserve multiple groups is to not only save but lock the project. This however does not represent a workaround in our opinion. Being able to save and return to the project to edit is necessary so please use with caution. We have noted this as a major ix and we are working to resolve asap.
- Known Issue: Copy or Clone Image after applying filters disabled and not working
When a user adds an image and applies a filter, it has been reported that the image cannot be cloned or copied and the clone icon is visible but has no function.
Possible workaround: Copy the image before applying filters then apply the same image filter to each separately.
- Known Issue: SVG images preview and image information popup window not displaying correctly
When a user uploads an SVG image, when the image info icon is selected, the image in the pop up window in some cases doesn’t display the image and the dimension and size is not listed.
Possible workaround: No workaround is needed as this doesn’t affect the rendering capabilities inside InClix dashboard.
