We're always working to resolve issues that pop up on InClix. If you discover an issue, we would love to hear about it. InClix is in Beta and we're always working to improve the platforms' performance. One of the best ways to do this is through discovery from our valued members.
The preferred method to reporting a bug is to open a support ticket. This can be accessed through various areas within InClix. We have a few screenshots below to help you start a ticket.
Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible and if you have access to attach screenshots, this may help our techs sort out the issue quicker. We will leave the ticket open until the issue has been corrected. You will be notified once it's resolved.
